First of all, I would like to ask a simple question to all of you.“How beautiful are you?” If you will have to answer it out of ten how much you will give to yourself?
If you will get an opportunity to change anything in your body
What will you change?
By listening to the word body what come to your mind?
It might be slim, tall, strong, healthy, fair, sexy, short, fat, etc.
What is meant by being beautiful? And who sets the criteria to judge who is beautiful and who is not?
Many people knowingly or unknowingly point out faults of others and commenting on them about their appearance height, racial, body mass, etc. Listening all this again and again people lose their confidence and he/she starts taking steps to improve it and if it doesn’t improve then they start feeling irritated.
People even don’t have any idea how they are destroying self-estimate of others by passing negative comments.
Now the choice is ours either we listen to others and get distressed waiting for someone to rescue or take charge of our own lives and use our unique power to be perfect. Practice thinking positively about ourself and then we will start making positive change. So, cut the negative self-chatter! We should breathe in joy and exhale in peace rather than make comments on others.
Now I have realised that I don’t have any fault in my body and how beautiful I am … and I will give my body ten out of ten and am perfect in my own ways.
This will benefit me in following ways:-
- Build self confidence.
- Save time and money.
- Focus on goal.
- Positive attitude.
- Reduce stress.
- Ignore irrelevant thing.
- Increase sincerity towards our body.
